| 12:15p | Finally watched an episodes of the new Ninja Turtles cartoon. I have to agree with my friend, it could be a lot better. It would have been nice if they had made a more serious version. The theme song from the old cartoon is way better. I likes the Battle Shell. Finally saw Yu-gi-oh too. It.. is sort of freaky. Don't think I'll be watching any more of it. | 6:36p | Ow, Tummy pain! Yay, a bunch of the HP fics I was readin' have been updated. Yummy Snape evilness. It's funny. I read way more het HP fics than slash. Normally, I don't care for het, but I guess there just aren't a lot of slash pairings in HP that I like a lot. I lurves the Sirius/Snape. Can't find enough of it, though. I can read D/H sometimes, but I'm really picky about the way D and H act in them. The same goes for SB/RL. I want to really like that pairing, but I always end up finding stories where they act in really annoying ways. Almost everything with Lupin seems to have to be uber-angsty and depressing. And nothing pisses me off more than reading slash fic where the guys act all weepy and mushy. If I wanted that, I'd stick to het romance novels. Blargh. Men can be emotional and/or romantic without acting like uber-femmy women. So, I mostly end up reading gen and het Snape fics. A lot of SS/HG, occasionally an OC. I'm not really into many other fandoms, I guess. I suppose I dig LotR but don't find many serious fics that I can stand. I need some more shows... more pairings. Trigun starts airing March 31 on Cartoon Network, so maybe I'll have me a new source of slashy goodness. And Rurouni Kenshin on March 17... mmm, Aoshi...
