12:26p	Updated Comics: MegaTokyo ---- Sluggy Freelance ---- SinFest Brrr! Company should be here any minute now. Had to get up and clean stuff and try to look halfway decent. I succeeded in cleaning up, anyway! I guess I look ok too. It used to take a huge effort to look decent because I have a skin problem (psoriasis) and I can't really cover it up with makeup. But I's been doing all kindsa shit lately (2 kinds of face-wash, alpha hydroxy moisturizing lotion twice a day, and medicine at night) and it more or less looks like I have normal skin! W00t! I don't have to worry about makeup now, not that I wore it much before. But if I wanted to wear it, I could now without stressing over it too much. My self esteem isn't exactly shooting through the roof yet, but it's slowly floating upward. ^_^ Need to go job hunting again soon. I hate looking for a job, but the boredom is starting to get to me. I need some money so I can buy stuff to entertain me! And maybe even move out, but I don't foresee that happening anytime in the near future. I don't really know many people, and out of those, I don't know any that I could tolerate living with for a long period of time. Sorry, people! I'm just too much of a loner for my own good. 6:19p	Went out with the family to look for some furniture. Saw a police helicopter flying around really low to the ground. Dunno who/what they were looking for. It's always nifty seeing low-flying aircraft, for some reason. Probably will go to Goodwill sometime next week. It's fun shopping for clothes there. I can buy a shitload of stuff for a small amount of money. And I can actually find pants that fit me. It sucks being really short sometimes. I'd like to find another skirt or two, and maybe some shoes. I also need a jacket. Need to go get some job apps. tomorrow. Dunno where I wanna go, really. Not much to choose from. Not working fast food/waitressing or Wal-mart, so that leaves grocery stores, video stores, clothing stores, Staples... and not much else. Our K-mart is shutting down, so that will leave even more jobless people so it will be even harder to find a job now. This was mostly a mill/factory county and now that most of them have moved to Mexico, you have everyone working minimum wage jobs. If I had my own car, I might go back to work at my last job (Housekeeping, bleh), but it's too far to be taking my dad's truck, plus I'd only get to work weekends.
