happy birthday sanch and raaaj!
hello everyone!!! i know i've taken crazy long just to update and i'm so sorry. i hope all of you guys are doing freaking awesome! things are finally falling into nice places for me now and i'm lovin' it! threw my brother and cousin a surprise birthday partay last friday and it was superduper fun. shall put some pictures up here, rest are on facebook if you want to take a look. hope all is well. lowe.

Exam spam
Signs that examinations are dee-monic
Electrical storms. Everywhere, almost every day. We're talking rain pelting incessantly, big trees struck into half or toppling over causing traffic jams, and vehicles on the expressway that rattle with the boom of thunder. Sky-to-earth lightning, earth-to-sky lightning, horizontal across-the-sky lightning and generally lightning that makes night look as bright as day. It's like the upstairs people are jousting with lightning strikes.
If Singapore had cattle, they would be keeled over, cartoon-like X's in their eyes, four feet rigid and up in the air.
That's what examinations do. They're evil.
I had a long, thoughtful (and lustful) SPN episode review here, but I'm cutting it out and putting it where it'd be better appreciated. For those who are interested, you'll know where to find it. (Er, if not, just ask.) For the rest of you, normal apple-pie people? Aren't you just glad I spared you the crazy.
Also, my writing structure skills are apparently, for once, phenomenal, because taking out the episode review didn't really affect what I did leave in here. Hooray.
No, okay- I AM STRONG. I AM WILLFUL. I STILL NEED TO CO-TOP MY LINGUISTICS CLASS FOR TALKING SMACK. Now that the itch has been scratched, I will focus on my preparations and blaze through the exams. I will earn and deserve my right to go out with my crazysexycool friends, have multiple parties, and settle down to watch SPN again. Yes. I have a plan. That is what I shall do.

Prom enquiries
a) URBAN advises doing hair before makeup (okay) and doing makeup before dressing (not okay). How can I wear my dress (it has to be put on like a t-shirt, a.k.a will smudge face) after my face (and hair) is done?
My real question: any advice on what to do with my dress so that it won't look like I've spent ages sitting on my butt, with all those creases in the satiny material? Any nifty portable ironing wipes, or do I have to carry cushions around, or should I just smoothen it with hands, and not care?
b) I'm looking for a place that will do my hair for free, in a side updo. NUMBERS PLEASE?
