3:15a - Roadmap to Geographical Silliness
No, this post isn't about the Middle East, it's about walking. I have already walked across 5 of the bridges that link Manhattan to Long Island and the mainland. There are only 11 left that actually can be walked across (one bridge has no pedestrian path, one bridge is a pedestrian bridge, but it has been closed since the 1970s because someone threw a rock from it, killing a tourist on a Circle Line boat. I came up with a comprehensive plan to walk across the rest of them. I will likely not do it all at once, even though most of the ones I've thus far missed are relatively close together. That would probably be a bad idea. I do now have directions conveniently on one sheet of paper though.
