6:55a - Paper Due in 84 Hours
84 hours - 24 hours of sleep (assuming 3 hours tonight, 7 hours Saturday night, 7 hours Sunday night, 7 hours Monday night) 60 hours - 24 hours of work 36 hours - 6 hours commuting 30 hours - up to 8 hours getting an apartment on Sunday (they are open from noon to 6, will be there perhaps most of the time, plus I have to get there and back) 24 hours - 2 hours mailing various checks that need to be mailed and taking other checks to NYU (some of this can be delayed to post Tuesday) 22 hours - 3 hours eating (for 3 days that is really quite a conservative estimate) 18 hours of writing time
Completed pages: well, 12, if you count pages full of quotes and notes about the quotes that I haven't reformulated into my own argument except through the small percentage of the text which is my interpretation. In another 4 hours of work (which is what it took me to do that 12) I can have 24 pages of notes and interpretation which I can make into 20 pages of paper in the remaining 14 hours of work I have (if I can work at:
30/14 = a bit more than 2 pages an hour)
Damn. Maybe I can cut some more sleep.
Wish me luck.
