woke me up at 9.30...
if u mean to call me in the afternoon.

seems like the person who is interested in renting the extra room very pampered leh..

if jason and tamsin agrees to rent it to her..
and fix up internet...
then i dunno how to approach them with the idea of lowering the rent during summer...
cause in a way...
i would not be here in the summer..
was rthinkin of negotiating with them abt lowering the rent lor.
cause other places go as low as haf rent during the long breaks....
