Read this from TheStar; KUALA TERENGGANU: A robber not only carted away cash and belongings but before that had the cheek to lie naked beside a woman whose house he'd broken into. The victim, a 36-year-old housewife, wrote in her report that she was fast asleep in the hall of her house at Kampung Bukit Tok Beng in Seberang Takir, when she was awakened by a naked man. She claimed she was not aware that the man, who had caressed and slept beside her, was not her husband. She said the intruder also had covered his face with a T-shirt. The man tried to coax the woman to go into another room, saying he was drunk. The woman then called out her husband's name and the thief replied ?I am him?. The housewife smelled something fishy as his voice didn't sound like her husband's. She then went to another room and found her husband fast asleep on the couch. That's when she screamed causing the thief to flee by leaping out the window together with the stolen items. ------------------------- What the hell man? What is wrong with the world? Everday u hear surprising stories. If it make sense, then okla..but this one? issh.. What the world has become? |

This post is not meant to self promote myself One of my colleague came and pass me a letter in the afternoon. It was my acceptance of resignation letter from the company. She also just knew that I'll be leaving the company, and my last day is tomorrow. She complimented saying that she thinks I am a better sales person compare to the rest of the sales ppl here. I was quite curious why did she say that. She added that is her observation from the way i talked to the customers, how i packaged myself and how I wear. She says she like the way I wear my clothes.Haha. Anyway...she mentioned that i should be working in a better company. I hardly talk to her cos she's the secretary of another VP. I think I have only spoken to her once, and that was begining of the year. What striked me was, we are alawys been observed by the ppl around us. They might not be talking to you, but they're always observing you. I think is the same. I always observe ppl around me. How they talk, how they package themself, and how they wear to presend the individual. I personally believe in packaging and branding our individual. It is very important because it gives a certain impression to the ppl you're talking to. When you meet ppl, the first thing they will decide on is by looking at you. You'll be surprised, if you wanna look slightly older on that day, you can dress differently. When I meet ppl who are senior than me, e.g. CEO, i dress differently. I tend to dress in more plain colours. Like plain blue shirt with black tie, example. I also believed in dressing according to occations. Dressing speaks about our personality. Hmn, just my thought that's all. |
