Quite a free day. Nothing much, and most ppl are on leave today. Why am I at the office? Should have stayed at home or gone somewhere. Anyway.. yesterday was a publich holiday. woke up at 8am (yes it was a holiday) and went to klang. Had breaky with PY's family for dim sum at KEC klang. Sat there till about lunch time and headed back to my house. She had to practice her violin, exams coming soon. Our plan was to go to Cheras, Pandan Indah for dinner. So before that we head to Sungai Wang to service my camera. Bought my camera there, since went bak there to service it. Have to wait for maybe a few weeks though. Waited for some time and left about 7+ to Cheras. So myself, PY and KC also was with us though. Zara, Ted Baker had some warehouse sale at Corus Hotel, Jalan Ampang and I bought a Ted Baker leather belt. Cost about RM199. Of cos it's pure leather and it's from London. Haha. The current belt which I am wearing now, guess I wore for how long? 10 Yrs! I bought it when I was in form3, 1998! Haha..yes, believe it or not? It's friday, and like I've said, is a very day. Probably won't be sitting here whole day lar. Don't know what am I going to do here. |

I just wanted to make this as a separate post. 'Leaving on a jet plane'? What is this about? Surprise! I will be leaving my current FORMIS tentatively on the 16/17 May 2008. I was given an opportunity by a business partner to join his company. Where? I shall tell you more later. It is a singapore based company, but I will be based in KL. I will be joining them as a Business Development Manager. Main stream market will be corporate sector, e.g. banks, manufacturing etc. Tentative joining date will be on the 19th May. My role in summary will be managing the business in Malaysia and also ad hoc oversea business as well. I will be responsible of the business development activity in Malaysia, business expansion planing, resource planing and current on-going operations. They have established a registered and local office in Sunway, so I'll be either working from there, or anywhere. My direct boss will be in Singapore and yeah, will be working alot with Singaporeans. In terms of delivery on projects, they already have a technical lead here whom I will be working closely with eventually. So that's the updates for now and indeed I am looking forward. |
