Time:12:09 pm.
Work has been rather intesting. Doing alot of planning and execution work. I have been meeting up with alot of partners, and enabling them to go to the market.

My partner enabling strategies are:
1. Solutioning
2. Collabration
3. Segmentation
4. Execution

This is a long term strategy thus not just on opportunity basis. Execution can be either focusing on a few opportunities and work on it, or conduct marketing plans to move into the relevant market.

I have basically 2 sales approaches, direct and channel.

Direct is pretty simple. This will basically applies to corporate opportunities. Direct and not as complicated as channels.

Channels will be basically corporate and public sector opportunities. I am in the midst of lining up my channels, enabling them to fit into our solution. The next step we need to do is segmentation of opportunies and how to execute it. This will form my business plan for the next 6 months - 1 year. I am already in talks with my partners and at the same time have a few direct opps in line.

So looks like it's gonna be an interesting year.

Meeting a partner this evening for drinks. Next Monday will have clarrification meeting with a customer. We have been shortlisted down to 1 of the 2 companies, from 5 companies. So let's see how it goes. If we win this, it will be a good start for the year!

Comparing to my previous company. Haha. Sucks big time man the way how they work Haha. Of cos they do not have experience ppl there. Anyway..
