Muwah.. meatloaf! Still working on perfecting it (as always), but it didn't turn out too badly for a first try! Unfortunately (or fortunately!) I have no exact measurements for this recipe because I ended up just winging it, a new experience and well received first fo me. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Meatloaf 1 1/2- 2 lbs ground beast (I used ~1lb beef and 375g bulk sausage) 1 pkg stovetop stuffing mix, any flavour (I had chicken on hand) handful dehydrated onion 1 Tbsp bottled minced garlic 2 eggs milk Mix ground beast(s), stuffing mix, onions, garlic, and eggs in bowl, adding milk if extra moisture is needed. Shape into loaf form and bake on broiling rack 45-60 @ 350F until no pink remains. |
