12:06a - Yet another day in the life
Today my brother dragged me out because he had to, had to, absolutely had to or he would explode, have a copy of Cowboy Bebop: The Movie. Yes, the one we just rented. I was necessary just in case they carded him for the purchase of a film that is, ooh, rated R. You have to be seventeen to view or acquire an R-rated movie according to these assclowns, and yet a mere one year later you can acquire actual hardcore porn, if you so desire. Meh.
He dragged me to two GameStops, plus a Circuit City and, where he made the actual purchase, Best Buy. Unlike last time, I did not purchase any DVDs or action figures.
My mom does not like my Picard action figure. She says he looks like he is about to shoot her. I tried to explain that he would clearly do no such thing, but that was not particularly effective, so I just put his little plastic arm down. The phaser he's holding looks like nothing more than an electric razor, anyway. Very threatening.
I still adore mlMac. I am working my way through the first season of Alias at a brisk rate.
