mood: calm
I'm going to start having some goals for next week. Well, I can start tomorrow technically.

goal for Thursday/Friday:

- work out for at least 30 minutes. practice dance possibly? sit ups/push ups/crunches/leg lifts/etc. Just as I did over the summer.

- no more than 30 g of fat.

- no more than an estimated 1800 calories.

we'll see how that goes tomorrow.
