6:04p - lalala i tired :-/
hey guys im really tired i keep having dreams that my dog dies and i keep waking up in the middle of the night its bad and also i woke up at 4 30 to get ready to go to the gym so yeh.. today at the gym was good.. i worked tris abs back and shoulders and i did a 10 min run at speed 4.5 on the tredmil at the end.. so yeh it was good then me and my dad got bagels :-) they were good then i went in the shower and cleaned up my room because my 1/5 was supposed to come over but she didnt :-( o well maybe another day so yeh im just here board hehe...
