im talking to john from odf! for the first time since january! eeeep!!!
every town has a diner says: hi, john?
One of these kids is doing his own thing. says: Hey Sarah...got your message...thanks for writing
him: How are you doing?
me: im all right
me: and yourself?
him: I'm doing pretty well thank you
him: just working and working and music and more music
me: how is the whole music thing going? ive gotten emails about how one day forever is breaking up, and the in crowd is starting up, but oh wait, one day forever isnt broken up, and im quite confused.
him: Brian quit One Day Forever, Jeff, Luke and I went on and formed a new band called The In Crowd
me: all right
me: neato, thanks
him: Brian decided to start a new One Day Forever, and it's just him at the moment, he's looking for musicians. Luke, Jeff and I did some recording and have some more songs that we're going to get recorded in a couple of weeks
him: Jeff has quit The In Crowd, but is doing studio work with us
me: any shows soon?
him: unfortunately no....we've got a couple more months to go...I'm thinking in November...mid to late
me: awesomeness
him: we have no drummer at the moment, and we're trying to get our EP or Full Length done...so much work
him: so things cool with you?
me: mostly, yes
him: Alright, well it was nice to talk to you. I have to go and do some demo work in Vienna, but I'll talk to you soon
him: take care Sarah
me: ditto
me: bye
him: b-bye
thats so typical of me, two sentence answers around pretty and talented twenty-five year olds.
