So here I am sitting in Pickle's room, if you guys don't know Pickle is one of my best friends here. She's me but the Jersey version; we click and I love it, we're watching movies which is the norm around these part of RT. She works at blockbuster which means 5 free rentals a week so we watch movies constantly we love it and its going to suck next semester when I'm not doing this anymore. I got a job, well i've had a job i'm a desk receptionist here at RT but next semester i'm going to be a CA which under normal circumstances is called an RA but here at Kutztown we like to be unique and call it a CA and that's what i'll be next semester. $4500 a year. If I weren't poor I woudln't take this job. I hate the thought of leaving my girls. They mean so much to me. They've become more than friends, they've become so much to me they are what has made me. Jan, Alanna, Pickle, Lisa, Jessie, Katro, Phil, Mike, Joe, Sean, Steve....these are my KU friends. My Girls! They don't all have vagina's but who cares, they're my girls.
Jan, I will never forget when I met her and how she made me cry but she has good intentions and ya know what? The fact that she says what's on her mind makes me love her more than she could ever imagine. She's sweet, smart, beautiful and most of all she's there when I need her to talk or just a hug or even just to borrow things from her closet. God I love shopping in Jan's closet! :)
Alanna, alanna, alanna that's my girl. She's my twin although i mean she has one of her own and i'm just like a triplet but not the point is Alanna is my partner in crime in job in everything. We work together at the front desk and on tuesdays i'll sit with her from 6-8 and then she'll stay with me from 8-10 WE SPEND 4 HOURS AT THE DESK TOGETHER!!!! that's a true friend there. Weekends when nobody wants to go out with me she's there ready to drink and it goes vice versa, only once have I not gone out with her and well I had my reasons but the point is she's there for me and she'll do anything for me and I'd do the same for her. Just sit at the desk at 4 am during her shit shift or walk down to the tanning place when I forget to do stuff. She takes the walk and we chat and she's coming home for Easter with me which is kidna funny 'cause she's jewish. She's going to church!!!!! LoL, it's pretty funny.
Pickle, she's my sister. Our parents are getting married Aug 3rd. You're all invited 'cause well I said so. They're nto really but they should. Pickle's dad put up with me for a whole week when I was in Jersey and he's an amazing cook. Pickle is an amazing girl. She has 2 jobs here at school she babysits and does teh blockbuster thing. We're both in the same boat but ya know what i've never seen her walk around without a huge smile on her face. She's happy and excited about life and it makes everyone around her feel the same way. She's great. She's amazing. She's Pickle.
Lisa, is an anal retentive bitch. I fucking love her. She's a snob but she's great. Lisa is that girl. She's the girl that you either HATE or LOVE and I LOVEEEEE her. She's pickle's roomate. I'm the only person (other than Phil, her boyfriend) that she'll let sleep on her bed. She's in Flo right now and since she's been gone I haven't slept in my bed once. She got me to go tanning, i'm fucking black now and its great!!!!
Jessie, She's beautiful. Gorgeous girl. She's my princess. She got me the best shirt ever for Christmas and I call her my princess. That's what she truly is too, a princess. She's alanna's roomate, random comment in there.
Katro, my little pathological liar. She makes things up and Jessie is the only one that can differentiate the truth from a katie lie, she's funny. Katro is phenomenal she pee's her pants a lot which is really funny!!! I love her and she really really makes me happy and smile and i love it!!
Phil, short funny guy. Lisa's boyfriend. Everbody knows Phil he's involved in everything super friendly and amazing guy. The kind of guy I want to end up with someday. He cracks me up and always makes jokes about us dating infront of Lisa which cracks me up 'cause she still loves me and just laughs about it.
Mike, funny great guy cry on his shoulder dating jan I dunno mike is quorky... " no you're quorky!" ...he's awesome.
Joe, I love this kid. He is amazing, he loves Ranma and he drives a mustang. I'm not one for cars but his is pretty amazing. Quiet shy kid but amazing friend always there when you need him.
Sean, so quiet. so awesome. I make him skip class every mwf just to eat lunch with us. He ended up dropping the class lol...that's bad, but yeah ya know, he dind't wanna be there anyways. OMG I'M A HORRIBLE FRIEND.
Steve, this kid is psycho. PSYCHO. He's dating amanda cooper from Wally high, i like her she's actually really nice. He cracks me up though, he's amazing though. Phenomenal friend. Good hugger. Good friend.
MOST of my friends here all went to high school together. Pickle, Mike, Joe, Alanna, Lisa, and Steven all graduated together from Watchung High Regional High School in Warren NJ. IT's kinda weird, Joe and Alanna were never really friend with the rest of them but once college came they became like best friends, well I honestly think now we are. We are all best friends. My girls. I love them.
I just rambled on a lot about my college friends, which is weird. I dunno, I just felt like I had to because they are such a big part of my life now. Huge. They have changed me but I honestly think they've changed me for the better. They've changed so many stereotypes that I had in my mind like made me realize that not everything is what it seems. I like that I can go out in my sweats with them and i'll get a "you look like shit today" look but that won't stop them from walking with me and pointing out this is my friend like it or not. I do the same for them, we tell each other the truth andt hat's what friends do. They tell me the truth in a matter that doesn't hurt but actually makes me smile and think "these are my friends and thank god I have them"
College changes you. It's a change that really happens out of nowhere. It's not expected its not what you think but its amazing. Last year at this time I did not think I would be here. Thinking the way I am, doing the things I am but here I am. I love it. I love how i've changed. I love who i've become. I love where I am. I don't want to change that. But that's the thing about life; you don't change on command it just happens and that's what makes it great.
Oh geez, i've rambled beyond belief and haven't really said anything about well anything.
Life is great. There are of course things I want to change. My boyfriend status right now sucks. And when all your friends have a boyfriend or interest and you're the only one left in the dark taht kinda sucks. The problem isn't so much not having a boyfriend its not having a boy to even like. There was one but god that got a little fucked up. Well shit happens, so does pee and life goes on. I'm not gong to lie, that's my favorite saying, Shit happens, so does but and LIFE GOES ON!!!!
Well i'm out. I'll be home friday night saturday and sunday morning. Make plans accordingly.
