I haven't updated for a long time so here's a cool quizzy thing... In medieval Europe, dragons were considered mostly evil and a generally bad omen. Christianity linked the dragon with Satan because of the dragon's snake-like appearance. However, to the Orient cultures the dragon was a symbol of wisdom and royalty. My friend is mad at me even though, as I see it, I didn't do anything. I mean, truly, whenever a friend is mad at me, I can look back and see something that I did wrong. But here, I can't see anything. First she asked me when I was going to share my secrets with her. I said that I wasn't quite sure. Then she said something about sharing some of her with me. I couldn't remember any time that she ever had. Then she mentioned one (of course I won't tell you what one to respect her privacy), and I just said that I didn't remember her telling it to me. Then she just started blaming me for not remembering something. I mean, I don't have THE best memory in the world, do you expect me to remember every detail from anything? Goodness gracious. Then I blocked her because I think she needed a little time to cool down. Then of course she leaves me this really pissy review on FF.net (okay she's got me angry now, so I can say stuff like "pissy"). This is what it is: "Two can play hide and seek. I will win." Well, sorry, you won't win because I'm not playing hide and seek. There will be no winner and no loser because...as it is...two people MUST play hide and seek, not two people CAN. And if one of the players didn't play in the first place, there can be no loser. And there can be no winner. Just thought I should let her know, if she's reading this. This may sound one-sided, but usually whenever a friend of mine and myself get into a fight, I can look back and see what I did wrong and then I'd start blaming myself and soon I'd apologize if they'd let me. It seriously feels s if the relationship between me and a few of my friends is falling apart. It makes me sad. But hopefully this is happening for the best, and in hope that it'll bring new friendships to me. Hopefully... Right now, I'm sitting here, attempting to think of ideas to write. Every second that passes I feel more hopeless and more lonely. Eleanor Rigby is playing. As I'm sure you know by now. It really fits my mood. I'm hoping I can get an angsty story out of listening to it. I'm starting to have doubts. But then again, I usually have doubts. About anything. Sometimes even carrying on a conversation. But it doesn't matter. I can say anything on this journal and no one would pay attention anyway. It's not like anyone reads these things...no matter how you want to believe they do. The sound on my computer is BACK!!!! HALLELUJAH! By the way, I messed up the flag name, It's the "Jack Rackham" with an H. It's the skull with two crossed sabers. Yes, that's it's actual name. Yes, I've been doing too much research. (Thanks to the Apostle Islands, the flags is all that trip was really realy good for.) Yes, I actually have a Jack Rackham flag. No, I don't actually have a ship. But a girl can have imagination, ne? Anyway, I also rented a really cool anime DVD from the rental store yesterday! Nightwalker! It was AWESOME. And in both the japanese and english version (I watched both, therefore spending six hours watching it) there were a LOT of familiar voices. Especially in the english version...they like...casted everybody who did a Rurouni Kenshin dubbed voice to do a dubbed voice in Nightwalker!
