12:19a - i heart slasher movies
saw the texas chainsaw massacre tonight. it was good, better than some of the reviewers gave it. it was sort of my kind of movie, i dont know. i liked it, but it was definately flawed. its for non-diehard fans of the original. and if you havent seen the original, you are stupid. its much more scary, and just all around better. they sort of ruined the scariness of leatherface himself by giving him so much goddamn screentime. fucking bullshit. oh well. it was just so much different from the original.

and to those people that thought the footage at the beginning and end of the movie was actual "for real" footage, you are stupid. it was just part of the movie. this is directed at pat, who actually took it so seriously as to research it on the internet. some people are gullible. the same people who thought the blair witch project was real. the chainsaw massacre however, is very very loosely based on real events.

there is the greatest ebgames store ever in butler. they have like everything, and really cheap too.

i got some pants and some books from goodwill tonight. purchased one of anne rice's erotica books, even though i hate her. it was 75 cents.

i was driving home tonight and this asshole in a yellow sportscar passed me going about 80 or so. i drive cautiously during this time of year, because its so close to the deer mating season. but i still go the speed limit. anyway after he passed me, i thought to myself, "fucker, i hope he hits a deer". and as soon as the thought left my mind, you guessed it, one jumped right out in front of him. he didnt hit it, but i'm sure it give the poor guy quite a start.

blah. the lan party might be rescheduled because no one can come. losers.

this is a decently long post. there was one more major topic i wanted to mention, but i completely forgot about it. it may come to me tomorrow. until then, goodnight.
