11:37p - like bringing a knife to a gun fight
the norma jean/figure four show tonight was great. shows are so much more fun when you participate. the first 3 bands ranged from near-shit to "eh", and figure four is great, but that shit gets old. i dont even really like their cd.
now theres norma jean.
they're probably my 2nd favorite hardcore band right now, 2nd only to the great throwdown. (actually i dont know, they might be tied for 2nd with hatebreed, but who's counting) anyway, this was just an all-around great performance by them. they made their live show and experience, rather than just playing the songs right from the albums. this was the rare instance that i now like a band more after seeing them live. (usually its the opposite for some reason... half-assedness, boring sets, etc). great, great stuff from norma jean tonight.
and thats about it. my ulcer still hurts. school is gay. i like zombies.
