Letter here from the Black Rebel Motorcycle club. They want to and have been playing havoc with my bowels. Playing nu rock all night, causing loosenings all over the place.
Anyway. Last night. Bar was a heavin'. At various points. Stoney and I were there, talking largely about evolution; well, he did most of the talking, I merely soaked up all the learning.
There was an odd moment when I became part of a conversation with people i'd never met. Well, Phil Shorter and two people I merely started talking to as by this time i'd had over my limit...by about three pints. I knocked off five and a half last night. I really should calm down. Need all my er...strength for the coming months....for some reason.
Walked home hurling syllables at stars...don't know if they made sense. Twinkling space dispersing wankers. And yes..I was there. And THEN some.

Downloading a version of Jdoom...the ultra spiffy remake of DOOM for the new generation. It looks beautiful, it's like an old friend changed from a pauper into an upstanding gent. Welcome home DOOM, it's good to see you, and looking so well!

Having fun trying to install some 3d models. I've been tinkering so much I should be wearing fucking overalls here.
Nearly time for work. Chainsawing zombie soldiers will have to wait until the more labourous task of cleaning stupid plates is dealt with.

Quite the amusing afternoon. No stress, no worry, and out ten minutes early. Here's a choice quote to give you an idea of the merry guffaws.

Neil: Eh? HAHAHHHAHAH!
Not exclusively funny until you're in the mood of general hi-jinks and a load of woo-yay funtime antics. We did twenty one meals.
Tonight is looking like forty bookings. None of these are large tables and so should prove calm. Not the prefix there.

Well, i've had the most entertaining IM chat of my life. Frankly, a million cold showers are to be forthcoming. Now I must eat and do just that.
Work tonight. I am going to enjoy stepping out of the kitchen and into the bar...then enveloping myself in the night and filthy words with stars. Utter glimmering pricks. Grant me a wish would ya?
