ive ran for the first time since before i had the lurgee and the xmas season started and all i could manage today was a 7.5 (speed) i guess slowly but surely is better than going fast and pulling my muscles..
todays exercise update:
treadmill: 40 mins / 4.4 km 249 kcals burned speed 5-7.5 trampoline: 15 minutes x 50 squats x 60 situps
