So this year- I plan to lose the 14lbs that ive been trying to lose for months now if i lose more then great!
i currently gained lots of weight in the past week so going to work hard again in losing that- im now 135 lbs again (argh) but i know i can lose it if i stick to my plan ( Note to self: this time last year i weighed a whopping 152 lbs so it's do-able!)

i need to stick to 1470 -1500 calories a day (if i workout just 3x a week and 1700 calories if i stick to a daily exercise routine so i can lose 1 lb a week, continue 45 minutes a day exercise (minimum) . drink more h20, cut off fizzy drinks.
JAn 2008 =135 lbs ( 9.6 stones)(starting weight) Feb 2008 - 131 lbs ( 9.35 stones) March 2008 - 127 lbs (9.07 stones) April 2008- 123 lbs (8.78 stones) May 2008- 119 lbs (8.5 stones) (Medium term target weight!!!) June 2008- 115 lbs (8.21 stones) July 2008- 111 lbs (7.9 stones) August 2008- 107 lbs (7.6 stones) (LONG TERM GOAL WEIGHT)
