exercise: 30 minutes on exercise bike
Its Thursday today- meaning tonight Blake gets home from Milan yey. DYlan and I are off to the frop in centre this afternoon- need to get ready, tidy up a bit then head out after the drop in were off to sains to get more grocery then head home

Since the past 2-3 mechanical scales that i bought has broken down- I have bought myself an electronic weighing scale - i plan to weigh myself and blake every 3 weeks to keep tabs on the results..
Note:
1.) best time to weigh self is:
First thing in the morning, after you pee and before you eat or drink anything. its the most accurate weight. try to wear the same clothing each time since clothing has weight too (if you wear shorts and a t-shirt one time, then jeans and a sweater the next time, the weight will be altered)
2.) Pepsi max kcal equivalent are: 100= .3 200=.6 300=.12 400=.18 500=.21 600=,24 700=.27 800=.30 900=.33 1000=.36
x2= .72 kcals
