On November 6, 2007, 11.30 pm- Blake and Fatima PROMISE to reach the target weight they both have agreed to maintain .
If with any valid reason that this is not fulfilled by the said time the following will BE confiscated DEFINITELY from their lives.
Fatima; No more diet softdrinks FOREVER Blake: No more bread and Margarine with Food. ever.
This is not a form of dieting but an ehanced lifetime change.

From February 25 2005, I have lost 1.3 stones- i would be happy if i lost another 1.3 stones ( 9.4 stones) and then another 1 (8.4) - I am positive I can reach this but tbh my goal is to be fitter not thinner.

Bu and I need to get fit. Our flabs have gotten the best of us and we need to do something about it more. Ive been going to the gym but i havent been really watching what i eat - been doing comfort eating to compensate for the stressful blahs cos of my new role as a mama and other justifications etc.etc.
so yesterday bu and i made a pact to lose 3 stones before September 1 2005.( before the day of our flight back to the Philippines) so we can enjoy our anniversarry treat at Boracay and most importantly so we can be more healthier
We have decided to drink more h20 and cut off sweets, chocolates, doughnuts, most fizzy drinks (diet coke and diet pepsi is acceptable), greasy food and crisps
CURRENT STATS: Bu weighs: 16.6 stones (232 lbs or 105.2 kg) BU needs 3391.5 cals/ day
I weigh: 11.5 stones (161 lbs or 73.3 kg) (gained 1/2 stone back during bu's 2 weeks off work cos ive been slugging off and sleeping) I need 2236.5 cals/day
TARGET WEIGHT: BU: 13.6 stones (190.4 lbs) (height is 6") ME: 8.5 stones (119 lbs) (height is 5")
The object of the challenge is to compete with each other whilst supporting each other to lose weight (i.e help not to succumb to cravings etc). The person who loses the most weight wins "The 3 stones challenge"
The target weight to lose is 3 stones or 42pounds in 6 months time.
THE 3 STONES CHALLENGE STRATEGIC PLAN: BUBU eat sensibly ( no more junkies) more h20 no more soft drinks eat more fruits
Daily calorie intake 1st week(minus 500 cals)- ( To lose 1 lb) =2891.5 cals/day
EXERCISE: Walk around work a lot ( which he will be doing in his new job position anyway)
ME eat sensibly ( NO MORE JUNKIES) more h20 just diet cola ( but cut down still) eat more fruits and veggies
Daily calorie intake 1st week(minus 500 cals)-( To lose 1 lb) = 1736.5 cals/day
