I didnt get to exercise yesterday because i was feeling a bit.... :'<
had an impromptu interview - dylan had a tantrum- got drizzled on- rushed to get my cv printed and got lost..(bu not) and cried in front of people
yesterday food: 10 nuggets 1 portion rice 1/2 pizza lasagne 3 bananas 1 cookie 1.2 apple
forgot my pedometer but i reckon i walked a bit further than i normally do ------------------
