it's day 4 of our fitness regime and im feeling happy happy.gif the endorphins are kicking in.
Exercise Log: yesterday
Treadmill (speed7.7-4.5) -> 31 minutes Bike-> 5 minutes
Sit-ups= x30 (and the opposite of situps -forgot what its called)= x20
Food Log:
small orange=60 kcals 2 bananas= 200kcals Aubergine fritata ( 2 aubergines, 2 eggs, 1/2 onions. mince beef,1/2 yellow bell pepper, 1 tsp flour)= around 550 kcals white rice= around 550 kcals 3 pints= diet pepsi 8 pints= h201 bowl of apple flavoured porridge= 260 kclas
grand total: 1620kcals
