Since DYlan is 3 months old now- and my c-section rest period has passed and it sok that i start losign weight again plus sumer is just around the corner im going to get back on my healthy living programme. which means goign back to exercising and watchign what i eat..
note:[14 pounds = 1 stone] (3,500 cal = 1 pound)
