breakfast= 1 bowl of cereal - 175 cal Lunch= cheese sandwich with lettuce = 350 = pepsi max-0 ---- so far 435: 1000 cals to go which i think will be taken by tonights greasey dinner of fries, burger and onion rings. *wakka wakka* am allowed aroun 1400-1650/day

dinner 2 crispy chicken -400 cals 1/2 bowl of lettuce and cucumber=60cal 2 bananas= 200cal 1 bar of crunchie=195cal 1 serving of fries=250cal 2 onion rings and 3 small pcs of potato balls=50cal ----------------------------------- total- 1165
over all total cals for today: 1,600!
activities: 10 minute yoga-bo 5 minute stretching in the morning 15 minutes brisk walking
lets see.. 1 pound=3500 calories for my body weight i should take 2300 cals so 2300 -1600 ------- 700 cals /day *3500 cals will be burned in 5 days if i continue taking 1600 cals/day.. therefore:the lesser cals the better.. this means i will lose (theoretically) 1 lb per week! to lose (ideally) 30lbs it will take me 30 weeks( 7 months)
