It's been a long time...
So did you miss me? Ha. I've been extremely busy for the past few days. It's all a blur. Anyway, I made a new journal, which I'll be using regularly once I get it going. I'll be sure to let you guys know what it is once it's finished.Saturday
I had an amazing weekend, but Saturday seems to stand out above the rest. I ended up going to the D Pollen fest again, this time to see E-boy and his Witches. I met up with Heather and Abby again, but they took off soon after they arrived. I was able to hang out with Eugene for a little bit before his set, which was a good time. He's a great kid. The Witches played a good show, better than usual. I had a good time watching them play. After their show, I took off for Dave's dance party.
Dave's dance party was totally out of control. I ended up getting way too drunk, way too quickly. It's hard for me to remember the details of that night, but I'll do my best. I finally met Will, Dave's band mate in both The Pop Project and The Singles. He's this really cool boy who goes to U of M. I like Will. Then, drunk Will decided that since I was his new friend, I must meet everyone that he knows. Haha. I love Will. Will introduced me to this boy named Zach, who turned out to be not only super cute, but an awesome kid. I talked to him for quite some time, until he and his friends had to leave. Before he left, we exchanged phone numbers. He mentioned that he was leaving for Sweden on Tuesday, so I'd have to wait two weeks to hear from him...and then a day...because that's the rules. I thought that was really funny that he said that. Yeah, I like that Zach boy...hopefully he'll call me when he gets back from Europe. After Zach left, E-boy showed up. About an hour or two had elapsed between the time Zach left and Eugene arrived, but it's all pretty fuzzy from there on. From what I remember, Eugene, Dave, and I decided to revive the danceparty, and we went down to the basement to dance. Dave can dance, Eugene cannot dance...BUT, it's great watching Eugene dance. I remember telling E-boy that I am in love with him, and then I kissed him. Not a real kiss, just a little peck on the lips. Fast forward about 5 hours, it's 10:30 in the morning, and I wake up in Dave's bed. Don't worry, it was nothing big.
Becky, you can stop laughing now. Hahahaha. Sunday
So it's 10:30, I roll out of Dave's bed, and head home. I only got about 3 hours of sleep, so as soon as I got to my house, I crashed. I woke up at 2 in the afternoon, with just enough time to get ready for Rachelle's graduation. I headed over to the church and met up with my dad and grandma. Afterward, I suffered through about 5 billion pictures. Yuck. I got to see Len for a minute though, I love that girl. She was obsessing over how hot Ben DeGulio STILL is. Haha, yes, I know. =]
Tim took my mom, Rachelle, and I out to dinner at Mexican Fiesta, where we ran into Matt. It's been ages since I've seen him. After dinner, I stopped by the VFW Hall to see how Beck's first show was doing. I only stayed for a few minutes, but I was there long enough to hang out with the ladies for a little while. When I got back from the show, Josh came over and we rented Adaptation. That was a crazy movie, but it was really good. After the movie, we went for a drive. We ended up at Newburg Lake, which is one of my favorite places off Hines Drive. We ended up lying in my car with the top down, staring at the stars. I spotted a shooting star, so he told me to make a wish. After getting harassed my the fuzz, we headed back toward my house. After a little while, he asked me what my wish was. I told him I couldn't tell him, or else it wouldn't come true. THen I asked him what his wish was, because I said it's okay for boys to tell girls their wish. He goes, "Well, close your eyes..." And the boy kissed me. Awww. Hey, I have to give them credit, sometimes boys are way cute. Around 3 am, we called it a night. Monday
I didn't do anything yesterday except for sleep all day and then work. I served, so it was good to make a little bit of money. Although, I keep working, and it feels like none of my bills are getting paid off. Yuck. On the way home from work, I called Zach to wish him a safe trip to Sweden. He wasn't there, so I left him a voice mail. I also got a text message from Adam, telling me about the debut of the Count The Stars video that was coming out at 6. I thought that was so cute that he sent me a message so that I could watch it. Adam, you totally rock.Today
I did laundry all morning until it was time for the math class from hell. Afterward, Em and Mike met me up at school so that we could hang out for Em's birthday. We ended up going bowling, which was really fun. I haven't gone bowling in at least a year. After that, we dropped off Mike at his truck and then Em and I went to Eastside Mario's for dinner. What was definitely some great food. We stopped at 7-11 on the way back to school and I marveled over the new Hulk cups. I can't wait for the Hulk movie to come out, I think that is going to be my new obsession. I think it all started with Benny's Hulk Hands. Yeah, things have been awesome lately. Thanks to all of my friends who rock so hard.HAPPY 21ST BIRTHDAY EM!!!! Current Mood: exhaustedCurrent Music: Yo La Tengo-Summer Sun
