people need to realize that the season isnt over. it hasnt even started yet. so why is everyone throwing away their hope for this team and this year?? everyone is so pessimistic about this...i dont even think you people are seeing a glass half empty, you seem to see it completely gone! anyone know what im talking about?
OK, so a month or so back, we thought we had this season won. THIS WAS FINALLY OUR YEAR! finally, we would be better than the frickin yankees, be in first place. vegas ad laready picked us to win it all, and some magazine with johnny damon on the cover had picked us fr first over the yankees. ive always thought we were better than the yankees, but this time, we were REALLY going to be better...first place! we had curt schilling, keith foulke, THE WORLD! and then aaron boone got hurt! it served him right, anyway. its weird..i think some peoples hope went up higher but some went down...where else did alex rodirguez say hed play for? oh right, the yankees, and bam, it happens. big deal. honestly, im not scared. our season isnt gone. pitching beats everyting else. and our pitching looks pretty good to me. theyre cowards. they are running scared..wipe that look that im insane off your face! beacuse im not crazy! (but i have spelled everything worng.) come on, hes going to have to adjust to third...one player is not going to destroy our whole season, just like he wasnt going to make our whole season if we got him. yes, he would help, but not carry us on his magical skills to the world series, and hes not going to do that for the yankees either. im realizing how calm i sound...yes of course im mad...im bitter, and im filled with hate for alex rodiriguez, who i will no longe be calling arod as i only alled him that when i liked him. i hate him. as much as jeter? no. probably hes who i hate least on that team. but i still hate him, and i cant wait to see he reception at fenway. this move doesnt wipe us out. it just makes us stronger, see the need to play harder and act like you like it here (*cough manny and nomar)...it gives us stornger competition. im not ginving up hope and not not watching...ill be watching..this is going to be one exciting season...just remeber alex, thirteen is an unlucky number ;).
