way away from here ill be... [24 Aug 2004|08:07am] [ mood | happy ] [ music | yellowcard-way away ] hey kidsss...umm where did i leave off? with a bunch of quizzes. yeah so, sunday night emily came over here for a little while. she brought the whole cody conversation with her, and it continued...and then we watched [a walk to remember]. oh my frickin god i love that movie to death. its awesome. you can watch it over and over and itll still make you cry. plus the music in it is great =) yesterday i went to the high with my mom, em, and danielle. helped her clean up her room a little and walked around. ill be up there in seven days =/...kinda makes me wish i could go back to whittier, but another school year is about to start, so im kind of excited. yeah...umm then we got mcdonals and went home. went to see *without a paddle* at 715 with katie, emily, tia, katie, taylor, pete, graham, shaun, and travis. haha it was pretty funny. in the middle of it eily threw ice at tia so i threw some at emily, and then graham threw some at tia, katie, and me..and it went down my shirt!!>=0 it was still rlly funny. and umm yes, we saw kelsies cousin josh there too. then after the movie tia, katie and i went to starbucks and got a whoopie pie and iced white chocolate mochas(a java chip frapucino for katie) everyone else was just standing there in the theater so we were like whatever this is dull, so we left. i watched the olympics with my mom when i got home...track and gymnastics. it was awesome, the amercians won 1-2-3 for the 400m. that kid that won gold is friggin incredible. and then in gymnastics, the guys high bar...that was crazy. when that aleksei nemov guy(hes awesome dude) got a low score and everyone went crazy...holy crap it was worse than a red sox-yankees alcs game. he definately deserved a medal. so what he took a step on the ending, so did the other guy that went before him, and the nemov guy had a much better routine. but it was really nice that he tried to get them to shut up so paul hamm could go. lol. that wasnt funny. so anyways, thats the scoop =D. dunnno whats up for today. hopefully something...anything =) i dare you to move 1 --

awesomessstttt night last night [18 Aug 2004|09:35am] [ mood | bouncy ] last night i went to canobie w/katie n her family. hehe it was soooo much fun. we didnt even go on many rides...starblaster, haunted house, pirate ship, matterhorn, yankee cannonball. but there were just so many encounters it was wicked funny. when we walked in, we saw LEO, as in danielle's old leo. yeah...we looked at him kinda funny and got the idea to stalk him but then we lost him. teartear. so then umm me katie n her sis went off...to the starblaster. then ate some pizza and fries, which werent that great =-/ but oh well. then umm...what next...right, i think we went to the haunted house next and screamed the whole times on purpose. that rides so corny its funny just to act scared. we got off and katie said to the guy did ya hear me scream?? and he was like i think everyone heard you, this ride finally did its job. sooo then we went to the pirate ship(heres where it gets interesting) and leo was in line a little bit ahead of us. so we spotted him and were staring...eventually he saw us so sarah was like did u go out with danielle honig? and he was like..(nod w/a funy face)...so we thought wed be on the ride after him, but there was room so we got on. we had to go in the middle though and we wanted the end but whatever. and i was about to sit down in a row but then i saw an open one across from leo so we could point and laugh at him. then the ride attendant comes over and hes like u all situated?? and starts makin fun of us...well katie, for being picky about where to sit. so we were like who r u makin fun of kevin?? and he points to me ad im like HEY! so he points to sarah and shes like thats mean..so he points to the guy in front of us ad were like surrrrre..ad while the ride was going we were all staring at him makin faces and stuff because all we wanted was to sit in the back. so sarah was like ill be back kevin u watch. ill get in line again. but he had a break, so we followed him all the way to where he was going. he was like r u followin me?? and i said how do u know that we arent going where youre goin? and he said becuase im goin to the employee cafe and sarah or katie said well we work here too. soo...yeah i took pictures of him and a video haha it was awesome. but we couldnt go into the employee place, so we played games while we waited and made some more friends...nate and 'd'. haha they were cool too! nates a red sox.....OH I KNO!!! KEVIN DOESNT LIKE BASEBALL...cuz i said hey kevin, red sox or yankees and he goes i dont like baseball. but anyway, nates a red sox fan and d is a yankees fan...katie gave him a hard time with that one. like, what are you doing in new england dude?? so we watched them play the games they work at and then KEVIN came out!! so sarah started after him and he broke out runnin, so katie and i ran around to cut him off but we didnt know he was running so he got back before us :( and we were like hi! so we got in line again and let people pass us so wed get in the back. sarah showed him her clicky bug..i asked if hes a coke or pepsi kinda guy..neither he doesnt like soda......ahhhh! and then ummm we went to the yankee cannonball so were like bye kevin! stopped by to nate and d again, but nate was waitin for a phone call so he couldnt show us his skills... he eventually did and he lost. haha. d won. then we went to the matterhorn...we were in line and sarah was like oh.my.god its ----..you know who. and i was like =0 u suck ---- u suck! but he didnt hear me...he was with other girls. katie turned her head away like instatly...and then we were just OMG the whole rest of the time. and after the ride it was either find ---- or say bye to kevin p...we decided his last initial is p because he works the pirate ship. so we were like KEVIN definately. so we were like we gotta go kevin, BYE!! and then katie was like hes kinda cute and i was like yeah he kinda is...so ummm then that was our night...so much fun. haha katie imagine if kevin actually saw this...or our profiles, hed be like...help?? haha good times my ace in the hole! now im bored outta my mind...maybe ill call someone. goin to cooperstown with mal in the morning, so i wont be updatin till like sunday. i dare you to move 2 --

the wedddddddding [16 Aug 2004|12:32pm] yup this weekend was my ant claires wedding in the middle of nowhere at the mountain view grand resort. so..ummm a day by day type thing i guess.. FRIDAY-drove up there...hated the ride...looooong and every time i tried to read people kep tryin to talk me to and it was annoying. got up there around threefirst ones there...checked into the rooms..i started to unpack all my stuff. then went to have lunch. and one by one everyone else started drifting in. my mom took me over to see amy and wallys baby daughter emma...shes such a cutie. all happy and giggly. and a red sox fan...well amys makin her be one. neither of them recognized me at first...amy was like u got so tall!(add her to the list of people im taller than)and then she said wally u remember lizzie right? and he was like i do, but not like that. so..yeah..ummm then i hung out with shannon for a while till 9 when mal got there. yeah she came at 9. like 6 hours after the rest of the family. then we went into the restaraunt where everyone was and got drinks..i fell out of a chair. seriously..who puts a chair on the edge of a god damn raised surface? so i fell backwards. no one helped me up. they all just laughed. mallory and shannon were pointing at me and laughin. everyone was like wheres liz? oh she fell..YEAH LETS JUST LET HER SIT THERE AND NOT HELP HER UP! yep so umm that was kinda it..pat and ashley finally got there at like 10...went to bed around 1. SAT-this was the day of the actual wedding. i think all we really did was hang out till about 1....played tennis with like everyone...the people on the other court saw my cousin in his pedro shirt and were like GO YANKEES and i totally screwed up my shot. i think i saw them the night before by the pool and one had an a-hole shirt on and they were talkin about the yankees and stuff so i decided to be like i hate new yorkers. i hate the yankees. good god they all suck...stuff like that. played field hockey w/mal..well...practiced passes and stuff. then we all got ready...mal straightened my hair and it looked so good. then i did her hair and pulled mine up...did my nails while she straightened my hair..then went to do my moms nails and makeup and mals makeup. the i had to do my own makeup and get dressed in like ten minutes. which i pulled off nicely i think. then there was the ceremony...other people at the hotel were watchin from their balconies and windows so i stared at them to keep myself from laughin when pat read a poem. then we had cocktail hour with sucky appetizers...but mal spotted a pretty hot waiter. unfortunately he was oly clearin dishes away. then we went inside and had more sucky food. oh yes it was great. people made toasts..my uncle wrote a pretty funny poem. ummmm and everyoe got drunk, especially my second cousin tommy....he was hilarious...doin the hokey pokey and singing and stuff...the cake was good. oh yeah and then the guitarist came up to me mal n shannon in the hall and said "it must be hard for you to sit and watch the adults make asses out of themselves....you're troopers" then back in the room he was like real troopers. then ummmmm mostly people shifted into the lounge where people were doing karaoke. and tommy did some comedy....hilarious..lisa dropped a glass...then me mal pat n ashley went up at like 1..and ashley and i spent a hour gettin him outta our room. SUN-ummmmmmm gettin sick of tping this...hung out at the pool..mal left at like 6...which sucked for her because hot waiter was workin at dinner and brought us our food and i left today. yes this is annoyin me know..might go to the movies. i dare you to move 1 --

i<3the lion king [12 Aug 2004|07:29am] [ mood | bouncy ] [ music | circle of life ] i mean, seriously, who doesnt. yep, i went to see the lion king in boston last night w/my whole family, except for a few people. it was reallly good. i dont really like musicals and theater and stuff, but i really liked the lion king. it was awesome. so ummm...we left around four and drove in to boston. my aunt, mal and i went in and waited at the california pizza kitchen while my parents went to find my other aunt and cousin. they came in and my cousin had two of her friends with her. one of them ive met over and over again and i think each time i meet her she annoys me more and more. the other one i dont really know. she didnt seem as bad as the other one. yep, so then claire and arnold came and we ate our food :) walked over to the opera house ad umm watched the show. it was so cool...at the beginning the people come down the aisles and stuff like that. obviously for the most part it was just like the movie, a few additional songs and stuff, but other than that, just like the movie. yeah...so..i think thats all. it was really good :)..so some quizzes now ROMANTIC ONE. we will still be...friends forever [09 Aug 2004|09:46pm] [ mood | happy ] [ music | i like that ] sooo much fun today!! it was awesome. went over to kel's house to swim and i was like YAY ill get to see cait and kell!(i havent seen either of them all summer:(!)but then i got there and katie and kelsie ran out and gave me a big ol hug and i was like "heyyy guys!!!! kels i havnt seen u at all! and katie its been like three days i miss you guys!"..haha we have no life! so i went upstairs and cait and katie were there too! and i was like woohoo! then tia came!! and we looked at kels poster of whittier...god i almost cried. yep! then we all walked over to kelsies grandmothers house to swimmm. kel's cousin josh was there..he's cool. didnt rlly talk to him but he seemed cool. so then we swam and stuff. walked back to kel's. we were gonna go to mcdonalds but katie of course has freakin soccer at 4 and by this time it was like 3 so we ordered dominos to be sent to kel's grandmother and walked over there again. except kate kel and cait ditched me tia and katie. we stood outside for at least five minutes and then tia was like HEY! they took the shortcut!! so we started walkin. then the freakin dominos lady went to THOMAS street instead of TALMUTH street. so we were waitin forever for pizza. it finally came and we ate it. then katie had to go to soccer :( so she hopped the fence and katie and kel rode bikes and i pegged kel up to smiley where katies practice was. then we were all hangin out up there as katies team started to show up. then some kid on a bike went by and we were like whos he?? and then JASON went by on his bike...jason from tennis. i saw him comin(his hat gives him away) and me and katie were like is that jason?? and he kinda stopped and looked at us so we waved. yeah then he went away. he doesnt talk to us outside of tennis except for "hey". but he rides his bike everywhere..even saw emily at the loop. then katie wanted to follow him and i was like ummm no. but ill follow him around the high and u follow jack around phillips ok? so yes thats our plan. then the practice started to me tia cait kel n katie went back to kels. my mom drove by us on the way there so she gave me a ride then we brought katie home. yeah it was so much fun..good times. i love those grls so much. i had pointe a few minutes ago...k like a half hour ago. tomorrow im goin to the lion king with like the whole freekin family at 4. so if anyone wants to hanf out for a little before then..let me know! im out kids..ladaa, ily! i dare you to move

you make me wanna LALA! [07 Aug 2004|03:16pm] [ mood | bored ] [ music | lala-ashlee simpson ] even though katie doesnt want me or emily to listen to that song. she says its very inappropriate. oh well. yeah so yesterday, emily came over around 12ish and we just hung out, both of us were still in our pajama pants, so we just chilled for a while. then went to the mall w/katie and walked around. got pizza and a cookie then took random pics of each other. haha it was pretty fun. then we had to drop katie off so she could babysit. so me n em wet to the store and bought some food for the boat. went to newburyport on mal's friend erica's boat w/mal erica peter and his bro. cody called emily a bunch of times. he ick troy ad brad were in a limo downtown..apparently nick and troy had their ears pierced...wow that was a limo full of people with four letter names--lol just a random speculation. so anyway... watched the fireworks...sat there..talked. pretty fun. at the end ericas dad gave us an air horn and we blew it reallly loud a bunch of times. haha it was awesome. so damn loud. yep then we went home and em slept over. she had to leave at like 845 this morning though, which sucked, because i havent really done much all day. did some stuff to mal's live journal. going to fix my comment link in a second and idk what else...maybe go back up to the mall with my mom, i dont know though. katie costellos off at districts with em and pete..soo idk. tomorrows gonna be weird..no tennis. its a happy/sad thing. mainly a sad thing. happy because i dont have to go out there and be wicked hot playing tennis, but sad because...well...its fun. everyones awesome and we just have fun. plus thats when we make all our plans. so it should be interesting to see how we make our plans now. well im gonna change my comment link. ily<3 -lizzzzzzzieeeeee i dare you to move

just an update on my life [05 Aug 2004|06:22pm] [ mood | blah ] [ music | first date-blink 182 ] so...yesterday tennis was cancelled :( and i was gona go to newburyport w/mal but the weather was supposed to suck, so we decided not to. so i went up to unh with emily to see the boys play soccer and bring peter home from camp. i talked to some of them on thursday night when i was at the after tennis party for the adults. alex called from graham's cell, so katie talked to him then i talked to him and adam. then friday night i went to see the bourne supremacy with emily danielle sarah nick and cody. today was the last day of tennis :( its pretty sad for the most part. i think this was the best year...probably because were the oldest class and now all the drills and stuff so we just goof off mostly. i won another gold in the tournament. the teams were basically the same..me em katie jack and tyler. yeah it was very fun. played one final game of eliminator to end it up. the teams were VERY unfare..jack jason and lauren all on one team!! so we got all the serves. and somehow, our team did a lot better than the other team. after tennis, i went to newburyport with emily mal and her friend erica. we walked around town, had some pizza, talked to cody and nick. then they tried to show us the ghetto but emily and i didnt recognize it as a ghetto. soo..i might be goin to the movies again later to see the little black book and emily might be staying over tonight. shes gonna be here tomorrow..might go on mals boat for the yankee homecoming fireworks. thats basically the update. im a little mad because sarah invited me to go to new york and shop next weekend, but i cant because of claires wedding..so im a little down about that..oh well i guess :( sorry sas...i wish i could go. i dare you to move

today is gonna be the day... red sox nation no longer has a player to call NOMAH [01 Aug 2004|01:04pm] [ mood | calm ] so much to write about..like NO MORE NOMAH and what i did this weekend ook first of all on friday a bunch of us all went to see the village, but i updated about that. it sucked. saturday mornin i just kinda hung out. then me my mom n katie went to get my cell phone :). and then had to pick up a book at barnes and noble. on our way home my mom took us to dairy queen and we got those moolatte things. very good. i could have one right now. and then we set up the phones, had fun with them. went to newburyport for yankee homecoming. ate at the grog, got a wicked good chicken caeser wrap. and walked around for a while. saw the "sluttyt preps" from mal's school that she hates. then we came home and watched tv and went to bed. sunday we walked over to katies and hung out there the whole day. watched along came polly and ate pizza:). came home this morning and went to tennis. now emily might be calling me with something to do so im here waiting for that. next thing...the talk of all major league baseball..the trade involving the sox, cubs, expos, and twins. there were some prospects involved somewhere in the trade rhombus, but mainly, its like this. we sent nomar garciaparra, one of the best all around shortstops in baseball, to the cubs. and somehow, we got "the oc", orlando cabrera, who im always gonna call orlando bloom or ryan cabrera, from the expos. what i know about him is that hes amazing defensively and not so amazing offensively. but the sox need better defense anyway. we have good offense, leading most categories in baseball(thanks manny n david ortiz!). the sox also got an outfielder, roberts, and a first baseman, mencayvitch. now i know thats now how its spelled but the real way is too hard. so we, the boston red sox, no longer have nomah, a long time favorite of much of red sox nation. until recently, when he started to whine and complain and not perform his best. hes probably still going to be missed even though much of red sox nation had turned against him in the past few years. so..i guess we'll just see how this plays out for the rest of the season. i dare you to move

the village...dont go see it [29 Jul 2004|10:32pm] [ mood | annoyed ] if anyone is considering seeing the village, dont.(yes i am going to explain it and ruin it, so if you still wanna see it, go away. jk, but u might not wanna read this.) it was such a disappointment. not scary at all..i jumped twice but it was a surprise..not scary at all. it was a little funny..because there was some fuzzy thing on the screen..whether it was supposed to be there or not, idk..and because adrien brody's character was the comic relief, but there wasnt really anything to be relieved of. it did have its twists like other m night shymalan movies, and they were unpredictable, but once they happened, it was pointless..stupid. the stuff you might have heard about it, like that it was set in the 1800s, thats a lie. its in modern times, the villagers are just amish....ish. whats in the woods? porcupine like people that are really made up...village elders dressed up to keep the kids from fleeing their "utopia". so basically, the whole thing goes like this. little amish people live next to these woods, scared to death of whats in there. one guy wans to go in to the towns to bring back medicine. so he goes in a little bit. then theres an attack of the porcupine people. the guy falls in love w/the blind girl(they randomly decide to get married..)and then the crzy guy stabs the engaged guy. so blind girl wants to go to the town and get medicine to save her fiance. and shes allowed to because shes blind and wont recognize whats in the city...mainly, the real world. yeah...the elders were a group of grief counselors in the city and they all lost a family member to violent crimes so the left and created theire own little place. then they created the story about whats in the woods so that no one would go out there into the city. and they made costumes and stuff just to add to it. except they didnt think to get medicine for their utopia, so that ruins their plan. if you dont want your people to go in the city, bt you need medicine to live...why wouldnt you have medicine with you?! so it was stupid and it sucked. thats all for now..xOxO<33 -lizzzzzie i dare you to move

[28 Jul 2004|09:27pm] [ mood | mellow ] [ music | maroon5-she will be loved ] owww i have such a bad stomach ache right now. it kills...:( tomorrow is the last day of fh camp. yess ill be glad when its over. its been fun though. so...tomorrow...goin to see the village w/katie and idk who else..anyone else who wants to can..probably the 530 show..or 650. emilys goin on monday with tia and some of them but im not gonna wait to see it just because thats when theyre goin...if its good ill go then too. the sox lost last night!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the pitching was really good...until curts 76th pitch. it was weird..at his 75th pitch the broadcasters talked about how his numbers go up after the 75th pitch and then bam on the 76th javy lopez hits a homer. and then finally in the top of the ninth with two out and nobody on, david ortiz hits a homerun. only a little late. im extremely tired..very sunburned as well. readin the notebook...love it...a little different from the movie but theyre both still good.:) xOxO<33 -lizzzzz i dare you to move

chill out, what ya yellin for... [28 Jul 2004|05:02pm] [ mood | bored ] [ music | graduation-vitamin c ] owwwwwww im really sore!! field hockey camp has been goin on this whole week and its takin a toll on me, from head to toe. but its fun. katie emily danielle carolyn and mal are all doin it too. but i miss hangin out w/katie costello after tennis... :(!! the other night ktc n i went to biggarts w/em and then back to emilys and watched nine lives. haha the boys(alex pete and sindoni) came in and watched it w/us caz we kept screamin really loud, sometimes for no reason. yeah it was fun. for us anyway. i had pointe last night for an hour and a half......that wasnt too bad. but we had to do 32 rises in first and then 16 to coupe on each foot(in the center of the floor)..that was tough =/. but whatever. its hard to believe but summers goin soo fast...next week is the last week of tennis, aka first week of august. we have a month left. the sox are on at seven......they got lucky last night w/the rainout. since it was before the fifth inning, the score wont count against them..they get to start that game new. i think curts pitchin tonighttt:) hopefully thats a good thing. yeaa idk where people are i could have some over to watch it...ems at petes game...katiies at a swimeet, ktc idk where she is......carolyns home so is danielle......but idk im tireed..well if anyone of my friends read this..call me and come over. haha. hold on my moms supposed to be at cedardale in a few i gotta see if shes even awake...thats it for this entry. xOxO -lizzieeeeeeee i dare you to move 1 --

[25 Jul 2004|12:07pm] [ mood | amused ] [ music | ashlee simpson-shadow ] hey guys. yesterday i went to NH (wolfeboro/lake winnepesaukee) w/mal, my aunt, and my mom. there was some fair up there that my mom and aunt wanted to go to so mal and i tagged along too :). we went into town though. wow it was SO good to be back up there. we havent been there for like two years. i miss it...we stopped goin mainly because my great aunt died and she always took us up there...her treat kinda thing. and as i got older i started to get bored being up there, missin my friends. so the last year my mom and i only went up for a week and mals family went up for the second. but now after wev been away from it for a while, we all miss being up there. so were lookin into a big house to rent for a week and taking the whole family up there...like 14 or 15 of us. the one i like is of course the most expensive and out of the question....10,000 a week. but i like other ones too...of course wed only go up there if we dont all go to ireland next summer. ireland...well id like to go there, but its not top on my list...id prefer italy:) top on my list is the caribbean and i think were going there in february...i wanna go to st barts...yet again, way expensive...but there was some other really nice island my dad mentioned. and in april i think wer goin back to hilton head. now see, next summer, I really wanna go to california...my mom said wed do that too (not next year probably) but we have to see where the interest is for next year...plus when we go to california i have to bring emily...because we made plans a while back to go to hollywood together. so basically thinkin about all these places i might go next year made me realize that i have a lot to be thankful for...so i put lyrics from ashlee simpson's song "shadow" as my subject...and i LOVE that song. one thing id really look forward to in ireland though...the plane ride over there...oh yeah and then we had talked about new york over labor day weekend and disney for martin luther king day or something. so anyway, back to yesterday...mal and i went to the fair for a few minutes...it seemed better in previous years, but i bought katie a present for her birthday...only two months late, but she didnt have a party and i felt like since im her best friend i should get her something. so i did. and then we went into town and went into all the old stores we loved. it was so sunny and nice up there...much better than the dreary rain we had at home. went to lunch at wolfes tavern, my fave restaurant up there. and then i said i wanted to go to the country store in meredith or wherever because the candy store in wolfeboro was closed :(...so we went there...it was COMPLETELY deserted..almost..whenever we went up there usually it was packed. but it was nice this time. i bought some candy for me and some for ktc...or i tried to, idk what kind of candy u like katie haha. and then we drove home through moltonborough and meredith, where we stayed when i was little. that was my favorite place too. we passed all the places we used to eat at and i remembered all of them. there wa this one restaurant and one of the rooms was right next to a waterfall and i always had my dad ask for the table right next to it. and then there was a place with sandwiches that we ate at on our way up...i remembered that too...and then i was like tryin to find katies house on bear island because we drove past it..or it was across from us. mal was lookin for her friend peter whos over there at summer camp. and then on the highway we played im thinking of a person and let mal pick the people...big mistake..she picked david gallagher, pamela anderson(as a model...), my cousin craig, and CHUCKIE CHEESE. good god. we wouldnt play any more after that. and then we went to claires and ate pizza. haha got home around ten and thats that! a little later today im goin to get some stuff for field hockey and then to verizon :) idk if i xcan do anything tonight or not...but leave some options for me!!:)xOxO<3 -lizzie i dare you to move
