On the sidewalk of a small, quiet park in Gotham City, Miyoko Kimura sat surrounded by the pink polkadot skirt of her white tea dress. Her dark hair was up in a high ponytail, tied together by a large pink bow. As she sang to herself in Japanese, she drew on the sidewalk, a collage of hearts, cats and rainbows. A lunchbox was at her side, right next to a closed parasol and her handbag.

And the fear isn't going away as the soldiers still die![/i] Disturbed blared through the earphones of Clive Hitokage's iPod clipped to his pants pocket. Having decided to check out the game store, Clive walked from his family's home and decided to take a shortcut through the park. Dressed in a pair of blue jeans, a white wifebeater and a black, unbuttoned shirt, he came across the young Japanese woman playing on the sidewalk much like a child. This was enough to make him come to a gradual halt and observe her activty. It took a few moments for him to process it through his mind that he wasn't hallucinating. A 20-some year old woman was playing with chalk on the sidewalk. Clive mouthed out a simple, silent [i]"What the fuck?"[/i]
"And then the little cat went meoooow! Hm. No, not meow. The cat should talk. [i]Little kitty, you will have magic powers! I am sure, Frank will love you to have magic powers![/i] Clapping for herself, she exclaimed in Japanese as she signed her name-Miyo- in pink chalk, with a heart for the 'o'. "Yatta! It's perfect!"
