Francis Owens found herself undignifiably dumped.
"Thank you, Mother. Honestly!"

She'd gone to check on Gillian, and whooop! There she was.
Moreover, the question was...WHERE she was.

She looked around, and was glad to still find herself on a solid plane.
Looking around, it was dark. Incredibly dark.

Still, the moon was out, and that served as a guide. She was near some place large and solid, looking massive against the night sky.

"Well. This is a nice helping of crap now isn't it?"
She looked further and saw lights in the distance.

Walking toward them, she saw they were headlights, and beyond that--civilization.

* There are a few things that I do know: Always throw spilled salt over your left shoulder. Keep rosemary by your garden gate. Add pepper to your mashed potatoes. Plant roses and lavender for luck, and fall in love whenever you can.-- Taken from Sally: Amas Veritas
