Watched an interesting musical comedy last night by Woody Allen called 'Everybody Says I Love You'...
That man knows how to pack a movie with a glittery starcast... The movie's got Alan Alda, Goldie Hawn, Edward Norton, Julia Roberts, Drew Barrymore, Natasha Lyone, Natalie Portman and Woody Allen himself... I s'pose everyone wants to work with Mr. Allen eh...?
Anyways, that meant a lot of work that was supposed to happen didn't get done... But such is life...

She's finally left... After endless years of putting up with his shit she's finally walked out on him...
She's put up with his alcohol addiction, physical abuse, molestation and emotional blackmail for so long I almost thought she'd given up on her life, and on her daughter's, ages ago... But she's mustered up enough courage to do the right thing, for her and her daughter... Whether she'll be able to see the thing through is another matter altogether, but this first step is certainly the right one... Or so I believe...
I wonder why so many women put up with shit like this... While I know the mindgames that ensue and the woman's approach to dealing with the situation, I still can't reconcile to the fact that so many women do put up with it...
I've seen the twisted psycho-logic in operation and I know the depths of self-depracation they can take the woman to...
I'm disgusted...!
