The problem on the Underground?
Well... I was switching trains at King's Cross St. Pancras Underground Station and when I got off the Northern Line, I could hear this alarm going off - but everyone was moving about as if nothing was going on so I took it as a false alarm and went to the Picadilly Line.
Train pulled in but the doors didn't open because the sign was up that the station was closed -- even though the platform was still crowded - and then some member of staff came along and told everyon that the train doors weren't going to open and that everyone had to get out of the station.

So... how to get home?

No staff around to ask so I ask the newsagent guy - who directs me to get Bus 91 at the stop around the corner.
I miss the bus as I get there so wait longer.
After about 10mins, next bus arrives but when I get on to ask him if it goes to Wood Green, he says he doesn't so I have to push my way off again.

I spend the next 10mins trying to find other buses that go there -- called my dad but he was giving me all the wrong numbers XDDD

Walked back to the main entrance of the station - which now has fire engines and police cars parked outside - to ask one of the Community Police Officers ... who has no idea about buses.

Approach a London Underground guy who directs me back to the same stop and the same bus.
Get back to the bus stop and figure out that I will be waiting a long time for that bus that he and the newspaper guy told me to get as it turned out to be the N91 which is a nightbus >_O

Anyways, I deicde to call quits on a bus up to Wood Green or anywhere near there... So I got thenext bus which said it was going to Finsbury Park.
I figure I can get the train there.

Bus ride is taking ages -- and then I see that we're heading towards Camden -- and I know I can grab a bus to Wood Green there and then another one to my house.

However, before we get there, we stop at Caledonian Road -- HALLEUJAH!!!!!

Get off bus and onto the Picadilly Line.

Neverminded bus to my house from the underground station and probably walked the fastest I have ever walked home.

And now here I am.
