3:15p - Holler
Well this is going to be crazy.

I just got a new car. It's not brand new, but it's new to me. A 1995 Honda Civic, with low miles. Runs nice.

At least it used to.

I'm coming home from school today on Fifth Avenue back toward Girard when some asshole runs a red light and hits me. I got out and "thanked him asshole." Apparently he was high or something because it was funny and he "didn't even see me." I didn't even get pissed.

After a while, I thought it was funny, too. I was joking around with this guy. When the cop got there I told him I ran a green light. The cop didn't get the joke at all, and from that point on he talked to me like I was retarded.

Anyway to make a long story short, my one day old car is not my car anymore. But I have another one already. It's a 1989 Honda Civic with low miles, which oddly enough I like better. I felt like I was on the soccer mom waiting list with the newer one, but now I'm good.

The one I have now has a system, too. Its cool because I can do whatever I want to it. I've cleaned it about six times and me and my dad detailed the outside. Life is good, for real for real.

The Browns won yesterday which was great because they don't win a lot of games at home. Next week I'm going to the game in San Diego and I'll be in the dawgpound. All but one of the Browns games I've ever gone to I've sat in the pound. The exception was when i was in the press box (which sucked with all the yuppies).

Anyway I have a headache and it's time to take a nap.

3:48p - Observing somebody
I finally got around to doing the whole observation thing, by the way. But I forgot about it until just now when I was trying to take a nap.

Last Friday, a bunch of my friends came back to town from Bowling Green which was a nice surprise. We had a party at a house across from Girard's Stadium where the game was going on. There's a little hill behind the scoreboard and in some friends' backyards where you can see the game from.

About eight of us were standing there watching the game with our red cups when I began to observe the absent-minded police officer working less than 30 yards away.

We were inconspicuous largely because of lighting, but could have been even more inconspicuous if we weren't yelling so many funny things. You can imagine.

So the cop walked around, and scratched his head. To a man who came up to him to say hello, he took his cap off and smacked him with it. He had a nice conversation with the guy, laughing really loud over the crowd noise and all that.

At one moment he turned around and looked at us. I help up my cup as if to say hello, when he looked at me and shook his head with a smile. I know him, so it's cool.

Everyone had a jolly old time last weekend, and a generally safe one might I add. Especially the officer who came in and acted like he was busting us after the game. What a guy.
