ugh. So how about I am in a funk. (haha. a funk. so 1930s)
These past few weeks we have been having presentations in my media class about the different jobs out there for communication majors. Since I was most interested in the television/film production aspect, I'm in that group. But watching all of these other jobs out there make me wonder if I'm in the right group.
Problem is, I don't know WHAT I want to do now. Because magazine writing/editing and public relations both sound appealing as well. I've always loved to write and organizing things is also a good job for me.
Thank god these other jobs are still in the communications field because studying one major and then changing my mind entirely would not be good.
I think that producing is still my top choice, but I can't help thinking that working for a major magazine company or arranging award shows, sporting events, press conferences, etc would also be a great job.
ugh. I suppose I will know in due time..

I had quite a productive day today, which for me is not very common.
I bought all of my supplies for my presentation friday. I got my sister a birthday card and a random card for my parents and sent them out. I'm hoping the card gets to Melanie by friday cause thats her actual birthday. I also got my interview set up for tomorrow afternoon. Woo!
Hmm..what else? Ooh..I worked out and waxed my own eyebrows. I used that pathetic little kit again because my brows were getting pretty bad and I couldn't stand it anymore. They don't look too bad this time. They hurt though. bah.
I pin curled my hair tonight. I really, really, really want wavy hair and I never have time to use my waver in the morning, so I'm hoping this method works. I twisted a bunch of random sections up and bobby pinned them down then sprayed some of my "Beach Blonde Ocean Waves" spray. I hope it looks cool tomorrow. I always slept in braids and that worked. So if it does, i'll take a picture!
I had a great idea today during math. I was thinking of what to get people for christmas and I thought of a great idea for my grandparents, though not for christmas cause this project is going to take lots of time and effort. Anyways, I am going to collect tons of baby pictures, wedding pictures, random pictures, etc of my grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins. I am going to somehow get them on tape with music and all kinds of special effects and include random video clips of the family throughout the years and then at the end of the tape I'll have everyone say special words to them. And I will give it to them for their 50th wedding anniversary. It's not til September 2005, but it gives me tons of time. Plus I need to learn to use my video editor. haha. Isn't that a cool idea??
