still on my long case...
realised i said R wave "getting smaller and smaller"
whe it's supposed to be R wave progression -- ie getting bigger and bigger
another reason for prof kweh to come murder me...
sigh
today's OSCEs were ok, except a couple of stations
1. i grab the wrong syringe to give insulin
2. i absolutely hate obgyn, screwed up dat case totally in term so management
3. PE, i didn't know dat --> had to wait for the person to tell me
4. fluid and drug orders for the kid was abysmal... panicked, so wrote in wrong columns, wrote wrong things too
practising some short cases with zonghan now, hope it'll be useful
surgery is going to burn me come thursday |
