It's one of those weeks where I go, Is that scale messing with my mind again?
I cheated and got on the scale earlier in the night to see if maybe I could eat a little something. It should a lose for the week, but not a huge one. So I was good through the night.
So I got on the scale this morning and WOW... I must have peed off a lot of water weight. lol... Sorry, too much info? :p( Da Numbers... )
