School's finished till Monday then it's kicked up a notch. Finals went well in both construction and the written - though those are my ops. Igs from Africa was in town so we hung out at a restaurant called Guu and went to the Gamer's post-grad party. Yesterday he let me put makeup on him and got me lunch at Red Burrito. Stephen's got his new headgear which I have yet to see. My parents - I assume - had a good 24th anniversary. Dad's doing well, and Bob sent Mom a set of Navy whites that belonged to their father. Jodi also has the new coughing flu which means at the little sleep rate I've had - I'm screwed.
I had a shoot today that I've decided to bail on. I haven't given the recruiter a reason - which is bad of me I'll admit. Thing is they also wanted me to do hair along with makeup on 3 models and I didn't feel comfortable bringing both kits with me. ALSO they wanted me to bring food to contribute. ALSO they wanted me to help pay for a studio fee. OMG I don't care if I get hazed by this guy b/c he DID NOT mention at all in his ad ANY of the above. CAPSLOCK!
I get paid $150 today b/c I'm lifecasting 3 people. Need to go to HollyNorth to get more plaster bandages. After I get paid, I'll pay for a boxload of alginate (spensive). The alginate I use today is being supplied by the school so I can't use too much or else my casting teacher'll notice the drop.
