i'm feeling so much better now after last nite's session, instead of feeling like i'm breathing through a straw for the past week.
and then i found my nose oil - it's a concoction(correct spelling or not? ahah) made from herbs and i think, sesame oil to lubricate the lining of your nose. so i decided to use it. and when the oil flowed down my throat..walau eh. i could have died from the pain. cos my throat was so dry.
anyway, fast forward to the disgusting part. i oiled my nose again this morning. and god knows how much junk i have inside my nasal cavities. i sneezed and i saw a kaleidescope of colors. no la, i'm trying very hard to be expressive, but i only saw green and yellow clots. so gross i tell u.
people with sinus, please clean your nose regularly.
