| Bio: | I am a cheerful, optimistic, mildly crazy lady of a certain age who works for a lingerie website. When I have any spare time, I enjoy writing science fiction, comic fantasy, and rather offbeat poetry; I am also an avid reader, mostly of non-fiction. I am divorced, and I currently live with three lovely cats, a collection of amusing cuddly toys and a crotchety computer. For those who haven't worked it out from my username, I'm a great fan of Jasper Fforde, and I generally visit his Fforum once a day to enjoy ffun conversations with ffellow ffans. I also love Blake's 7, and I should like to have Paul Darrow for an uncle, because he is about as different from Avon as it is possible for him to be.
If you like cartoons and you would like to see something well-drawn, intelligent, hilarious and occasionally very moving, you can do no better than check out my all-time favourite cartoon site, Ozy and Millie. Be warned, it is extremely addictive!
Fans of SF, fantasy and horror, as well as roleplayers, wargamers and anyone who likes unusual and original games in general, will certainly appreciate my favourite bookshop, Interstellar Master Traders in Lancaster. Owned by the delightful ppint, a vastly knowledgeable and gleefully eccentric individual who has been referred to as the e. e. cummings of the SF book trade (and who also has the honour of a dedication from Terry Pratchett), this site belies its rather plain appearance; there are treasures indeed to be found here. I tend to confine my purchases to actual visits to the shop, to prevent overspending... :-)
