Yesterday there was a couple of things. The first which was going on in my head after hearing some bad news from a friend in the US. I wondered about doing something for when my time comes, about making a will and what was to be done with... stuff. Throughout half the journel to the jobcentre that was on my mind, wondering, thinking about what goes to where and who. Depressing thoughts for the start of the day really.
The second was that the new router had FINALLY arrived from BT. Turns out to be a bit of pain in the rump seeing as how long it took to get things sorted with my laptop and even more so with me mother's computer. It does appear to be rather tempermental when first turned on and needs a bit of time to get going as before when finally after gaining access to it the service was SLOW to the point some sites were unaccessable! Discovered it didn't like being turned off even for a moment when I relocated the router this morning.
I find out that the router didn't like being turned off even for a moment as when I had a friend suddenly turn up on facebook chat about five minutes later it the network connection drops to limited ccap whence cutting me off. Great! Now when I finally got back on line not long after my friend had disappeared offline. Gussing they just didn't to say what they did and I was just around at the time.
Well got a week not really looking forward to... so... woo...
