I have to confess....my workouts have been totally non-existant lately. = (
I've been working 12-15 hours a day at my desk, and by the time I've been getting home, I've obviously been way too tired, and working out has been the last thing on my agenda.
Good news though! I made it to the gym today, and I had a great strength workout, and I feel great!
I'm hoping to go for a walk tomorrow, and this coming week, hopefully by Wednesday, our busy season should end, and I should be back in action!
