I hope everyone had a great weekend! I'm just checking in.

As usual, I didn't make it to the gym twice this week (work is evil right now), but I did get in yesterday. I did cardio and lower body weights, and on Saturday (or Friday?) I got a good upper body workout at home. I also managed to walk around alot last week, which was good. Food was pretty good though. I've been good about getting lots of variety in, and I've pretty much stopped eating out, which is almost gauranteed to be better for you.

As usual, I'm hoping this week will be better! At the very least, things will get a lot better in about two weeks, when the busy season at work ends. At that point, I'll be gauranteed to get out no later than five, so I should definitely be able to go to the gym twice a week, and I'll probably be able to go walk my dog at night at the track too!
