Just checkin' in. This weekend was pretty great overall, but it somehow got away from me workout-wise. Food wasn't even terribly bad to be honest.
Anyhow, here's my plan for the week. Each day, walk to and from work=30 mins total T: 30 minute walk in the concourse W:30 minute walk in the concourse + 15 mins of upper body weights Th: 45-60 mins of cardio at the gym + 15 mins lower body weights F: 30 minute walk in the concourse S: Off Su: either a 35 minute pilates dvd or 45-60 mins of cardio at the gym
I have to say, I thought it was hard to stick to a workout plan before, but being pregnant...it's much harder! I'm so...tired..that it really is harder than I ever thought it could be to peel myself off the couch.
