Tryin' hard [21 May 2008|12:41pm]
So last week I did dreadfully on my during the week workout plan because I was soooo busy. Sadly, as we all know, it's never easy; you have to make the time! If being fit were easy, everyone would be! So I'm squeezing it in.

This week, I'm planning on walking 30 mins today, Thurs, and Friday, doing my arm toning band exercises at my desk, and I'm hoping to do one dvd workout, and go to the gym twice. I also want to do upper body weights if I get a chance.

Do you guys have any advice on squeezing workouts in or sticking to your workout schedule?
