Lately I've been doing pretty badly mostly caused by emotional drama in my life and whatnot... whatever. This weekend I decided I was going to eat normally (as in don't skip meals but NEVER eat until full, just satisfied) and I did, and I only drank 2 or 3 drinks friday and 2 or 3 drinks on saturday and I slept enough, still I feel incredibly, disgustingly big. SO. I decided that portion control and eating according to how i feel SUCKS so I'm going to do what I know... numbers. ( Read more... )
