So I usually try to make my own lunch and bring it in, but work has been crazy lately, and I haven't had time to make ANYTHING lately, which eventually led me to the soup aisle at the supermarket, where I discovered two soups that I really like that I thought I'd share.

Both of these soups are totally delicious, healthy, and vegan, and that's saying a lot because I make most of my own soup, so I'm really fussy. It also doesn't hurt that these soups are nutritionally awesome! They're low in cals and fairly low sodium (there are a lot of soups that have waaaay more sodium than this, but if this is too much, Amy's does have a line of soups that are even lower in sodium) and high in iron, protein, and fiber! While these soups aren't cheap ($1.86 a can), they're still cheaper than frozen meals, and they're definitely cheaper and healthier than eating out. If you bring a can of this yummy soup to work with a few handy and healthy snacks, you should be able to make it through the day untempted.
Anyone else have any healthy lunch suggestions?????
