I always tell myself im going to lose weight and that im going to exercise and eat healthy but it never works. im really self concious about my weight. im around 120-125 pounds, i know that thats not fat or anything but i have a belly and i hate it. ive recently bought diet pills they worked great last time i used them so im going to start using them again. so basically now im going to push myself to lose weight is there anything you would suggest i do? or eat? or anything. Anything would be appreciated. Thanks. =3
