I might be setting aside the old diet for the weekend. Every year for the past several years I have started the years off with a diet, and as part of my diets I cut out sweets. Which means come March 15, aka my birthday, I always miss out on birthday treats. Now seeing as how I haven't exactly been super successful so far this year, I am thinking I might just enjoy myself this year for my birthday. I know it's a cop out, but......
What do you think? Do I enjoy, or do I stick to my guns and get this diet back on track? Please be honest.
